Privacy Policy

Seed Bench NW (“we”) is a wheat, canola, and barley variety desk for the Pacific Northwest. This policy describes what we collect when you visit the site or subscribe.

If you subscribe, Stripe collects the payment details needed to charge $9.99 per year. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe may share with us a customer id, email, and subscription status so we can unlock filtering tools and open the billing portal.

Variety, trial, and agronomic tables on the desk are compiled from public university nursery sheets. They are public trial compilations, not personal data.

After a successful checkout we set a subscription cookie (sbnw_sub / sbnw_access) so this browser stays signed in to the desk. The mobile wrapper may also pass an optional security_token query parameter to unlock the same tools without a public checkout. We do not put that production token on this site.

We use billing information only to provide the subscription, restore access, and handle cancellations or card updates through the Stripe Customer Portal. We do not sell personal information or variety-desk usage lists.

We do not keep a full user profile. To ask us to erase what we store, follow Delete my data: email us with the subject “Delete my data”. We cancel if needed and delete our records within 30 days. Stripe keeps payment records as required by law.

Card processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. Stripe’s use of your data is governed by their own policy: stripe.com/privacy.
